We all woke up early in the morning and we had a plan for Rishikesh earlier when decided on this trip so according to our plan we decided to execute it but the incident that took place in the Mussoorie that I told you about in part 1 of my travelling blog , we decided to stay one more day in Haridwar only and decided to move back to Jaipur. We all cousins got angry. I mean everyone got angry if this will happen when you all came to make yourself enjoy, isn't it?
So after all this tantrum by us, Mama and my elder Bhaiya decided to drive to Amritsar. Yes I am serious about it. For making us happy they decided to do so. I mean covering such a long distance is not a easy task especially if we cover the distance by road only. After listening to this we all burst out with joy😀 and started to get ready hastily and had some breakfast before leaving and drive to Amritsar.
Amritsar is situated on the northwestern border of the country. The 400 years old city , founded by the fourth guru of the Sikhs , Guru Ramdas , has been the seat of the Sikh religion and culture from its very inception. It is renowned for the famous Golden Temple. Amritsar , literally – ‘Pool of Nectar’ , erives its name from the holy pond around the temple. The land for the pool was gifted by the Moghul Emperor Akbar.
Before telling you all about what happened next, I want to ask something, did anyone who is reading my blog remember this date 16 June 2019, I mean on this date, there was something else for which all Indians wait or remain excited!! If you do or guess correct tell me in the comment section.😇
